Well we went and looked at the house last night. Looks like we might be moving in a few months. The garage was amazing 10 foot garage doors, 14 foot ceilings, lots of lighting, insulated walls, floored in the attic...oh the house was nice also. Needs some new flooring (tile floor is a no go) and carpet in the three bedrooms and a few other odds and ends.. 1200 feet of the basement is finished and done very well. Her husband passed though before he put down the flooring so she won't count that as finished...ok gee carpet and it's done. Need to plum in a bathroom and maybe a bedroom or two and its done. That can wait. She shot us a nice price just need to get my realtor buddy to write up a contract and get that part done, and then off to the bank. She also wants to sell the furniture. There are some big pieces we'd be interested in. Looks like after three years of looking we have a winner!!
Nice it takes time to get the right place!
