All you can do with mics is measure the base circle and lobe height, then subtract the base circle from the lobe height and multiply by 1.5 to get the lift at the valve....
To figure out the rest, you need a degree wheel and dial indicator....
Comp Cams has had quality problems for at least 10 years now... I remember the Mancini guy telling me about them...
Maybe talk to Crower and have them grind one after we figure out what specs we need...
They made a nice cam for my ex's slant 6...

Neutral safety switch or bad ignition switch, but since it started fine with the slant 6, I would lean toward the neutral safety switch...
Keep in mind that there are 3 different neutral safety switch roosters in the trans and you have to have the proper switch to match the rooster for it to work...
