Stop in for a cup of coffee

242....but that is down from 265 at Jan 1. Trying to get to 215. I can burn fat quick, i just have issues keeping it off

I hear ya. I dropped from 260 to 195 several years ago (2008 I think) in about 3 months. Slowly gained most of it back. This time I am working more on actually changing my habits so whatever come off doesn't sneak back on.

I'm an ex-wrestler so I can drop weight fast, just sucks as Qdoba calls me quite regularly :violent1:
 
Good morning all. Toolmanmike reporting from the in laws kitchen. I have a cup of coffee and am setting here by myself. Mom in law just left for the nursing home and my wife and son are sleeping in. (I wish I was) I tossed and turned all night as did my wife. I see a nap after lunch in my future. Lol

At least this week I lost what I gained the week before... :violent1:
