Heat the first 24 hours, then ice afterwards...

Usually it gets inflamed and you need ice to get it back down.... Heat will aggravate the inflamation...

Try putting some Icy Hot on it also... That helps with my pains...

Finally heard from the firebird guy. Doesent have all the parts. So i dont know.
I cant start on it until everything is here. Rear 1/4’s and filler across the back.

No it was vandalized back in September by squatters. We’ve been finding one thing after another where they jacked with it. Course bottoming it out in the creek didn’t help
