I liked the 350 dollars worth of paint (dripping sarcasm), and the rep explained since there was some surface rust they would not warranty the work. The only way they will warranty is if I purchase an entire new quarter panel. What is wrong with this industry?

Appointment at a Gov office today...about an hour's drive. Get a call from the scheduler....their IT department is going to shut down all servers at some random point in the day between 7am and 5pm for 2 hours or so.

The drive is on the gov dime...so I'm rolling regardless.
