Yes both my wrists and ankles are cuffed to the bed post. Im just waiting on the night nurse.

Thanks Ray. I’m not. Still up walking around through the night. Screw it, im going to go out to the shop and do something today. Physiotherapist figures its an inflammed bursa,which is impeding the nerve.
