Post office is a pain in the but this morning... I traded stamps with somebody in Azerbaijan. Both mailed beginning of the month. Pretty sure he had his in under a week. Mine has been in the US for 10 days now and finally getting here. 
Yesterday my carrier rang doorbell just as I got in shower to get ready for work. 
Almost certain its the stamps I am waiting for. Anyway, they leave a note that it requires signature and to get it today at the office. I go up this morning... 'Sorry, we don't have it. All the mail comes out of York. So it goes back there and they send it down. Should have it by noon.' Well, my main reason for going early, is so I don't have to wait in the line I know they will have after noon! Will see how it goes later.
