Stop in for a cup of coffee

Supposed to be a lot less to heal. Mainly just the incision and the actual work on spine. Almost everything else gets pushed out of the way. Can only do that for Cervical and maybe the first couple beyond. This was C7 to T1. I think there is a lot more cutting through the back.
Let's see, C7 and T1

Well a major f-up and setback for the day. Big boots plowing snow, pressed brake and gas at same time and backed into the front wall of my small garage/office. Been swinging sledge-o-matic for about 10 minutes and its tough going. I needed a break.
At least i got my wireless remote to work on plow as well as winch.

Clear and cool for the next few days round here. I better have the windshield scraper handy. I was looking forward to our speedway being in it's winter jet ski oval racing format  This storm didn't do it :BangHead:

Dang big boots! I have the same issue with the brake and acc. pedal on my Colorado. They are too close togethar and sometime the harder you press on the brake the faster it wants to go. :BangHead: :BangHead:

My asphalt mentor/work partner was having numbness in his right leg and some other nerve related things goin' on. "I have to go get surgery to fix this." I ran the plant in his absence. He came to visit just after they allowed him to be mobile and he has gauze on the left side of his neck :wtf: "Oh yeah. That's where they go in to fix that numbness thing." :realcrazy:

This diet sucks.

Breakfast: 8 ounces of skim milk with 2 scoops of protein powder
Lunch: 8 ounces of skim milk with 2 scoops protein powder
Dinner: 290 calorie lean tv dinner.

I can have 1/3 cup cottage cheese as a snack once a day.

It’s less than 800 calories total.

For the next month

Got wireless microphones for my phone, had a few mention that they have trouble hearing me in my videos. Tested, they wont work if i use my video app. Got it figured out.

Good morning. Didn’t get much sleep. Between lights, noise, etc And still Still some nerve pain, but doc was in already and says that’s normal. I guess I been beating the crap out of the nerves for a couple months, so they need time to recover. Said the procedure went as planned. Glued me together..
