Valentine's Day in Hoc Mon Saigon.
Happy Friday and V Day. Snow amounts have lessened and next week's bitter cold has calmed a bunch. We will see as the days go by.

Good morning to you all a Friday for the working bunch here and Valentines Day for the rest of us. Cheryl's coming home later this morning. Her mom's back home and now has 24/7 hospice care. Cheryl got past her bout with the flu, very tired, but wants to go out for dinner tonight. Smart guy that I am, I made dinner reservation for tonight a couple weeks ago anticipating this. Here a Friday/Valentines Day the restaurants will be packed. Have a great day!!

Not much going on here. Getting ready to work out, other than that nothing on the schedule. Tomorrow morning, we are meeting with our accountant to file our taxes.
Another reason I love West Virginia.................................I went and registered the new trailer yesterday. I bought it in PA and did not pay tax, I was expecting to pay the 6% to the state when registering, however, a nice surprise when you get a permanent trailer plate you don't pay the tax. Score, that saved $429.

I am hoping to drop my tax papers off tonight or Monday. We talked about going to a Polka Fest a craft brew place has every winter. Should be something very different to do.

Off work again today, may talk wife into taking me on base to pick up crutches as I still can't put weight on my foot. Yesterday got second Xray, negative and they gave me an anti-inflamatory shot, swelling is down some but still painful, whaaah!!!
Morning Rich, ordered this, and arriving today for my 4 post lift. I will let you know how they are. Not much light when the car is in the air blocks the overhead light.
They are the same ones Advantage Lifts sells but cheaper from Amazon.
They have magnets to mount each strip so should be easy and no messing around trying to zip-tie them..............................
That's a smart idea, yes light is always an issue. I have a battery powered flashlight but it has limited angles to direct the light, what you have there would be much much better!

Yeah, I have been looking at different ones for several years. Hopefully, they work good.
I've done things like open shop doors etc. to get more light in, losing heat etc., that's going to be a better way
I have them on the inside of the lift posts work great!
I wissssh I had a few feet of translucent panel put around the shop just under the eves. Makes a huge difference!
