@shittyslant6 this is a good idea, but would take it further. I wish I would have cut the entire roof off my Chager to do the cage. Another way is to hole saw the floor. Then it can be tacked, dropped theu the floor to weld on top, then put back up in. This worked for some but things I added later bit me. If ever again, I'd tack it in place, cut the roof off, weld fully, then put roof back on. Way less work.

That right there boys and girls is art.

On the plate today, dental cleaning and the dishwashers busted, leaked water onto kitchen floor.
Sadly my day looks exactly like yesterday. PT, limited movement and an ice pack. Lots of reading tho.i have a college on line class I could work on but it is sports psychology and I fear my brain is a bit to scrambled from pain pills to try that!

I switched my morning routine. I changed the name from John to Jim. Now when I go to the john i say I go to the jim. Sounds much better.

Interesting that you can do so much right away. For my back I had to wear a collar a few weeks and just do normal stuff. No actual PT yet. I can move pretty normal, but still 10lb limit and suposed to limit reaching/bending 6 week follow up this Thurs. Don't know if they will have me do PT or just turn me loose.

My buddy's younger brother made a ton of $$ doing that stuff at the local GM dealer. None of the more mature guys would do it. This one project he got, a rattling/banging noise in a new Caddy. The motor guys couldn't find anything, the body guys couldn't find anything, the drive train bunch, same thing. "Lets give it to Jimmy, maybe he can find it in the interior." Well he found it, simple actually. A Coke bottle on a string inside the driver side door, inside the bottle a note, "How long did it take you to find this?". They tracked that note all the way back to the assembly line and the employee who was on that part of the line that day of production was disciplined, to the max level.

Ouch, not a good start of the Day, but you can't handle it.
I did. But I did made it clear that the Chevy and the Ford were not my choices. I’m guilty by association.
I understand, but what would a 50 year mopar man be if he put a 71 Monty console in his mopar be ?

As you can imagine with my last name we too have a family tartan. In fact we have what is called traditional and modern version. Technically we are Lord and Lady as our family still owns land in Scotland. We will be back in Scotland this fall. You should have seen me explaining to Jodis family our tradition of being married under full moon in hand binding ceremony complete with broom jump. The broom must be hand made by clan member and no modern materials. Still got the broom, and still got Jodi! And we ain’t Irish! Still Scottish!
