Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good Morning. Worked half shift Saturday. Finally mowed grass for first time this season yesterday. Was pretty beat up after that. Never thought about how hard my mower steers... Plus, I must have got something in my right eye. It was really scratchy last evening. I guess I rinsed it out. Still feel it,but its much better. Slept good and doing OK this morning. But now my little bit of a weekend is over. :(
Hopefully your eye is ok, I took a rock bounced off of a tree last year, now always wear eye protection.

The good thing about being on second shift duty during this years training is I have prime time to work on the homestead. Made two giant piles of brush to burn tomorrow. Should be fun

Been having problems with digging under container. Put up a trap. Lookie what I caught.

60 and sunny today... i need to get my car ready to drive.. need to bleed the brakes, fix my dist curve... and setup a emergency toolkit in the trunk.. spare coil, points dist... fuel pump...

I am doing a quick drive through. My grand niece was kicked in the head by her horse. They flew her to Danville and she is in and out of consciousness so I am headed out.
Oh my, !! Prayers for strength and healing for her, wisdom to the doctors and nurses to see her threw this. Same to you and your family

I cover nail with a bandage and keep it wet. Seems if nail softens it doesent throb, and the dr with the hot pin can be avoided. Been there. Had to have one nail removed once. That was bad.
Only thing is on getting it wet it could invite infection, I have it covered with Vaseline, she is doing good this morning, I kept it iced and elevated till nearly 11pm, gave her half of one of my pain meds, she said it helped almost right away, she fell asleep at 9 in my chair, woke her up at 10 and checked it and a new ice bag in a towel.

Trying to find a SAE socket set to keep in my trunk and everything is SAE and metric... wtf
Head to Harbor Freight, buy a SAE socket set and a ratchet and extension set. I have a china made tool kit in my trunk It's pretty much worthless except for may be a fan belt. If you can't fix it with that might as well call a tow truck. LOL
