Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm like you Scott I don't want to even try. I have no desire to figure it out because it's not something I'm interested in doing.
Bah! I want to know how to do everything myself... never rely on other people if you don't have to

That is the problem, there is NO ONE to check anything......................I live in the sticks.
if you can fit a .020 (or whatever your lash is) feeler in there.. it's not too tight... if it's too loose you will hear it and fix it... or just double/triple check before starting. I get why you are being careful though...

I understand the adjusting part. The issue I have is Exhaust open, Intake closed, how open or closed the valve is supposed to be...............................

The guy in the second video i posted showed exactly when... and it's not THAT precise.. the base circle of the cam is pretty big so it's not like if you are off a tiny bit it will screw it. also.. if you aren't on base circle you can tell by trying to turn the pushrod with your fingers.. (to get a close idea) as soon as it's on a cam lobe you aren't turning those pushrods at all..

Intake rockers are all on top of the head, and exhaust is on the bottom.......................nothing like the video. The fear of ******* something up is REAL.......................

I don't mind cutting grass so much but I hate picking up branches in my yard from the neighbors trees.
i have like 15 huge trees... at least once a year i have to trim and pick up branches... My yard is crazy lumpy, it beats me up cutting it

No alignment on the 64 today. It's raining and I don't have working wipers. I hated to cancel but it's better that I did.

Ordered my cam bearing install tool... i just need to get those, the tower bushing and oil galley plugs knocked out and it's good to get worked on
