Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'd wish they would forget about speeders for a while and pay attention to the *** holes texting and driving. Been rear ended 3 times already and I was stopped for all 3. Fxxxxx up for life. But speeding tickets are easy for them.
On the way to work Tuesday I passed an accident. Small car trying to turn into a micro machine… Rear ended a box truck just entering a school zone. Hood was crunched almost to the windshield. Looked like it stopped there. Could have been much worse.

Well the old truck is almost finished, just a few minor things and a bath. I'm selling it so the new owner can finish how they want it.

Was wondering that. I knew he didn’t want to pull the engine. But missed what the actual goal was there. Was thinking this was to do the suspension, but no need to drop K for that.
I had the same thinking, I thought he was having to do work on the suspension which needed the removal.

You must not drive thru Ohio. lol
yep. Don’t know the stats or how the officers feel about it. But I see pull overs for what I assume are speeding or other moving violations all the time here in PA. And maybe it’s coincidence, but always seems more near end of month so people joke they need to make quota.

Yikes.

Forgot i turned the heat off in my office. Brrrr.
Working on my mower, trying to un f#%# the f#^^ery that went on before. A morning of plastic welding to get the wiring housing and column cover to the point it will stay put. Ugly but better. Next is do away with bad ign switch and replace with toggle.
Trying to get it to the point its useable. Or more useable i guess.

I'm thinking more about the hard pulling left I had several weeks ago and thought it was the brakes. It may have been the issue with the Cragar not being mounted correctly on the drum due to the weights and it not sitting flush.

Did you fix it and did it go away?

No, but pulled the wheel and no issue with the cylinder. I am not going to run the cragars since they don't mount right. I haven't driven it yet, putting the brake stuff back together, then bleeding the system. I will make sure all the fittings are tight everywhere when I do that.

Are you just dropping the pan? If so, I’d just loosen the mounts, raise the engine 4 inches, support it, drop pan,

My concern with just lifting it is i am also going to a deeper sump pan and wasn't sure if I could get the pickup unscrewed.

I really wish i would have modified the other K member last time to Super Stock style and then I could just drop the pan without removing anything. Maybe now is the time?

Make a skid plate like the Hemi cars had.

Making Quote is no joke, it's a real think. 100% sure.
