Stop in for a cup of coffee

Those things let go with Auuhh-Thora-Tie

Sucks, but glad you weren't standing there when it launched
Years ago, I put my Ragtop in my dad's garage to store it for the winter. Upon closing I heard a pop and a hell of a lot of banging. The spring broke and went flying. I don't know how it missed my car. There was a piece on either side of the garage. You're supposed to run a safety cable through the spring to prevent this which this door didn't have.

More tornadoes and more rain last night, we still don’t have our first cutting of hay down. We should be eyeing the second cut by now. And I have not been able to spray due to the wet. Farm looks like an eyesore! I am so over this rain. Disclaimer, here in a month or so when I am begging for rain please do not remind me of this post! Hah!

Well cousin, after this rain and scattered showers today I do believe that's it for awhile, the heat is on its way.

I feel your pain! Rain every damned day. Lake is 10 to feet up. Only Jesus can get to my boat slip. Yard is a swamp. Snakes getting too close looking for high ground (fun with a 12 gauge from the porch tho!). Ready for some warm and dry..

Went to Sam's this morning and of course one of these jumped in my cart. Hey, it's Barton 1792 juice and for $19 what the heck.
Actually it is very nice. It has a sweet powered sugar and baking spice nose, a sweetness on the palate, rye spice mid and a lightly sweet barley finish. It is really a nice sipper and a great value for that $19 price tag. It's a light tasting bourbon that would work well in summertime cocktails. I dig that rye spice blast mid palate.

The heat index is supposed to be at 100 or more this weekend. Summer in Iowa. 90° temps and 70%+ humidity.
