that's what I was thinking. we visited a missle silo in Illinois; the metal walkway and railing were rusty and the area was very damp. not sure it would be a good storage area for cars and parts. UNLESS, you have a gigantic dehumidifier.

I've seen the AF move Minutemen on the roads, quite a spectacle. They are massive. MPs, pilot cars, specialty haul vehicle with about a dozen axles . Pretty much a mobile road closure . I have seen high capacity cranes set up next to the silos also, that could be there setup device.

But weather depending, ground breaking within the next two weeks, concrete cure of 21-28 days, then the Amish come in and do the framing, they say 3 days to have it up and roof on. Then the plumber and electrician. Then I’m doing all the dry wall and finishing. Best case scenario is October 1-15

Lazy day here and played a few games on the computer and unfortunately I get adds on new games and I finally today watched some of the new games and I am beside myself on the bull **** games they have out now. Like solve the puzzle or the little girl drowns or a mom with a baby if you don't solve the puzzle they both die. WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE TO CREATE SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
Only reason I keep my internet is to talk with you guys and I tell ya I'm so sick of the morbid bull **** on the web.
Rant over and I feel better for sharing my moment of being discussed.

That makes zero sense, our home is right at 3,000sqf. Sheetrock Labor, material AND insulation was less than 1/2 of your 50k bid. And we just got done so can’t be timing.

Sometimes I play Solitaire at work during lunch and I get those same ads. Haven’t given too much thought to how stupid and inane they are, but now that you mention it….

Dude we live close to the border so the construction market is flooded with laborers that may or may not be citizens. They will work for anyone that pays them, period. It was the same in ND, Oregon, Carolina or Illinois. I can’t believe Indiana is any different?
