Rent-all return is done. Those little Honda generators are the ****. Ran steady for 16 hours on 2 gal of gas. So quiet you can stand over ti and have a conversation.
Good morning everyone. Been sleeping on the couch. Need to go back to the bed tonight. Pretty sore, some might be just couch. A good friend from Russia was checking in on me in the middle of the night, that was actually a nice chat. Good to catch up.

Good morning, all. I haven't been online much in a couple of weeks. Life's been crazy and the world's insane. (Any Morgan Wallen fans in here?) Sometimes I just have to unplug and step away.
I went up to Minneapolis to visit my buddy and we took his new build to Rock Falls. It wasn't a great day for us, but there were some cool MOPARs there.

I put it up on jack stands and cover it up. It stays in a heated garage all winter.

Beautiful looking car! Based on the pictures I saw, it looked the weekend was a washout at Rock Falls due to the rain. Did you/he get to make any passes?

We made one pass and lost a cv on my buddy's car at half track when the turbo really came on. So we put it back on the trailer and headed back to Minneapolis.

My current job I walk between 3-6 miles daily on concrete floors. My knees have been bone on bone going on 20 years now. Lots of arthritis too. I was set to retire this March but just told my boss I may have to make it January. 20 Years in autobody when I was young didn't help my back or knees. When I get home I have to make an effort to work on my own **** now.
That sucks! Hopefully he can get it fixed and still get some passes in before the season shuts down. There may even be a test & Tune at BIR still (I haven't looked)....
Last time I was at Rock Falls was around '97 or '98, but I'm glad to see the owners have put some money into it, as it needed some updating.
