You obviously missed the joke of the picture… the sign for the gas station had been knocked down… hence the pun: gas prices be falling… as in down with the sign…
It’s mostly the weather. Up and down temps, combined with rain slows any construction job

Morning, dogs had a good run on our walk, saw some deer in the back and tried to catch them. Waiting for it to warm up a little so I can back the D150 out and clean all the moving junk out of it.
