The parachute incident

Video is blurred a bit in the areas I'm trying to see but...

Trying to tell how far away from his back the parachute is. Skydivers will often go with the straps loose in order to maximize their movements.

The hand moving back from the grip handle appears to pass near to where the reserve ripcord handle

You can see the pilot chute and the deployment bag passing over the wing.

Good thing for him it was a low performance aircraft. (i.e. No jet motors)

Beautiful sunrise Mike!

Well! My morning was shocking, my naybor to the west had a giant explosion at 4am, I was up l ast night till 1 am.. I called 911 and reported it maybe 3 minutes after explosion, I woke up hit the floor running to look at my shop and out buildings. A giant glow in the sky and I got on the phone.
My naybor Had an out building where you see the flames just 15 ft from his back door. My road was blocked for over two hours with equipment, seen an ambulance but still don't know what happened, these naybors have aluminum foil on every window, and don't speak, wave to anyone for the 20 years I have been here, son and dought living with parents, age 30 to 35.. hmmm

Snow predicted for late tomorrow into Sunday morning.

The female weather guesser said substantial accumulation expected. 2 to 4 inches.
Must be one that's been told all her life 4" is 9.

50 degrees here and it's getting dark now.

Supposed to be 70 degrees tomorrow which is unusual.

Well my son will be here tomorrow morning to help take this RV back to Washington.
Everything is packed except for the star link and hooking up to the trailer and loading the car.
