Stop in for a cup of coffee

Hows you crypto doing? Mine is up just a bit. Silver is rising fast.
Not bad. I cashed most out before the drop. Used that to help with the down payment on the house. I was up like 340 percent.

Then I put some into a bitcoin ETF that’s paying me a monthly dividend, that I’ve got set up to automatically buy more shares. Right now, that’s generating roughly 250-300 month. The dividend is variable but if it works off and compounds right, I could be making 1200 a month by end of next year.

Nice. I only play with around a grand, just cant take a big chance now on fixed income.
Yeah don’t gamble with more than you can spare to lose.

So I made the mistake of jumping all into it in July. Wasn’t at an all time high and the candle charts looked good. So I figured why not.

Then came the gov shut down, bitcoin plummeted so did this ETF. My unrealized loss right now, 47 percent… however, the dividends have kept coming and reinvesting, so I actually am ahead as my share totals have actually tripled vs what they would have been.

I should have just purchased a little at a time over the early fall. But itll work out unless it goes to zero, which I don’t see happening unless bitcoin gets banned

Seahawks vs. Colts ought to be interesting tomorrow, Colts have pulled Phillip Rivers now age 44 off of the couch, been retired for 5 years, on the Colts 5 days and going against a pretty good Seahawks defense.

I’m not a professional nor an expert, seek expert advise before investing cough cough gambling…

The ETF I’m gambling with is symbol BITO. They pay a hearty dividend per share but it’s extremely volatile. Highest risk category.

I started with a grand in shares, put my drill checks into it once a month and have the dividends reinvest automatically. Now, my money dives equal my take home drill checks. So right now, I’m loving that it’s down 45-50 percent cause I’m able to buy more. At this time, I’m not concerned as much with shares being down as I’m not looking to sell but buy and hold. Collecting the dividends and reinvesting. The risk is, it very well could drop to zero and I lose it all. But my drill checks have been play money for the last couple years and now that I’m no longer eating fast food, I don’t notice the difference

I have my niece's name for Christmas. Sent her a text asking what's on her list. She just sent me a link to Amazon. Click, click, purchase, done! I'll have it in a couple days.
