It's just fun to play and check the tickets each day. I usually only buy 5 to 10 tickets a day which as you can see is pretty cheap. I have won as much as 3 million Dong....

Every once in a while, I’ll spend 5-20 bucks on the lottery. Either scratch offs or the draws. So far, it’s been over a decade since I’ve won anything but a free ticket
