That needs to go into the tips and tricks thread for sure. I have prob cut 7 bearings doing 8 1/4's Now rons jeep might have to be done also. Hope his new diff has the same design as the ols one and no crush collar. Dam jeep there is barely any thing I can find on the five different dana 30 carriers and they can go both ways shims under the bearing or a shin pack under the front bearing with a crush type shim, much easier set up for sure.

Weld the areas where the bolts hold it together much more steady for sure. I just want to make a different adjustable shelf? and make it wider to do axel bearing easier.

I have a customer that drives axle bearings on with a piece of exhaust pipe. Crude but it works.
