Back a few years I saw that Mecum or BJ sold a '69 Boss 429 for $1.5M don't recall if the car had special history or not.Lot 379.1...

We had a Boss in the desert, an acquaintance of mine, it lost a head gasket. The crew at the MOFOCO dealer put regular 429 gaskets in it 
. Needless to say that didn't work out right
