No tomatoes this year.
I get about 6 cups per dozen ears. We used to put up quarts in bags and then white boxes back when I was a kid. I just vacuum seal it nowdays.
I had a guy approach me this spring about planting my field. I agreed if I could plant a little sweet corn. He planted about an acre of sweet corn and 1/3 an acre in potatos and Beets. AND HE HAS NEVER RETURNED! I keep sending messages that his corn is ready to pick. No response. At least an acre was plowed and never planted. They left me with a heck of a mess.
I heard that.
Open your mouth and say the wrong things, and it could end your career. At least a nice paycheck.

Good morning and a happy Tuesday to ya.
Cooking up a Rack of Ribs today in the oven. I rub them down with Dijon Mustard, coat them with that Yardbird Spice, and spray some Liquid Smoke on Em.. be done in 8 hours at 225 deg.. 
Looking forward to it. 6 pm Central. I have almost missed games because of the advertised time. We save them so we start at the beginning and fast forward through the commercials. You can catch up pretty quick.

then drop it to 200.
morning all
I do that with steaks and chops but I reverse sear at the end after smoking.
