View attachment 1715002786 Everyone remembers the badass mopars in some movies, but how bout the base model family car?...Was watching Edward Scissorhands last night. The Avon lady that brings him back to her house drives this Duster. Is it 73? 74? I thought they both had the bigger rubber block bumperettes. these look more like my 75 (but obviously not a 75 grille). what visible differences were there between 73 and 74?
74 all the way .....there are a lot of small differences from the 73

Movie car is 74 without a doubt

73 + Yellow dusters are sexy
The junk i started with, PO was airplane mech, I think he worked for DHL and swiped the paint. But I really bought it cause it matched my tool box:lol:

A stunning 1,328,377 Dusters had been assembled in just seven years — not bad for a car that was not supposed to be produced.

according to allpar.com - 1973 to 1974 Duster -- No major changes at all, except under the hood.
mega BS

the bumper guards are different, the filler panels between the bumper and body are different, front and back. The lower grille mounting is different....the gas caps were different.......

I thought the same with Swingers after I bought one! Lot's of them around!

The Hemi Dart image on the front of the calendar was one I originally did for a member here (Terrence) who goes by the name 'savoy'. I did it shortly after I joined FABO and before I strolled into the coffee shop. I also offered it up here when OMR was looking to do the t-shirts.

This is Terrence's car in a different image I did for him...
