Stop in for a cup of coffee

Nothing comes with a repair manual, so you need to go online to find that anyway (if it exists). Usually betwen the parts diagrams and a couple videos I can get enough info. Appliancepartspros.com had this one covered pretty good. I've bought from them before, but saved a good bit on ebag this time.

Got the shop warming up. 6 degree outside rite now. Gona spray lizard skin ceramic insulation on floors and roof of the scamp today. Having hard time getting motivated in this weather. Lol.
How are you going to ventilate with that temp outside? Or is this a spray and run?

Little to no over spray. Latex based like house paint. Sprayed the ls sound deadner last weekend and was so tame the wife was out there and didn't Evan complain. And that's uncommon. Ha.

Cool. I thought that would be some nasty fumed solvent base. Waterbased stuff has come a long way.

Interesting song there when you leaving?

Hadn't heard that song in decades, funny the narrator is the same guy from Forensic Files. You Tube is so great for finding any old song. I've found some good old disco music to share with the young folks at work.

Dang I'm envious about your trip. I miss going to Costa Rica but it isn't the same there anymore, the place I used to stay at which felt like a second home to me, was made into condos.:( And there's so much development. You're going to have a blast, can't wait to see some pics!

I'm expecting a GoPro camera to get here today..I've never used one.. Maybe I can download some vids to my You Tube acct and share them with you guys along the way...Only the TAME ones..mind you...

So I just got done estimating the cost to build a 24x 32 garage using a kit, 15,000 if inbuild it myself.

Building a shop made from cordwood, 3500, most of it in the concrete and the garage door

It does look cool. didn't read the details... do you treat/coat the ends with something to keep from rotting? That pic did not look like a very big building. 24x32 would take a LOT of wood and MANY hours of work. How would you even roof that for 3500?

Hey guys, I'm back for a bit...

Work has ended the busy season, so I may have weekends off - but it's cold now.... :BangHead:

Had some upsetting things happen over the holidays that I did not want to depress you all with... I didn't want to ruin your holidays with my problems...

However, I think it's all over, so happy new year to everyone!!!!

Mitch and Ray: I just arranged for Ray's son to come pick up the seats from me next weekend...

I almost did that. LMAO

How ya been? The regulars here been askin bout you.

I've been working my @ss off at work - they have offered me a full time position. It's only a buck more an hour, but includes benefits. Job market is slow now, so I think that I will hop on board with them until I can find something better when it comes along...

I just filled in an application and handed it into them yesterday. Direct people get preference over temp workers, so it will help get me my 40 hours a week that I need to pay the bills...

Plus they were very good to me last month when my son had some problems.

Hmm, gives me an idea. Mentioned earlier there's a bench seat I wouldn't mind having. Not near you, -Lansing, MI. Maybe I could find someone coming to Carlisle...

I already have the roofing metal. I got it at an estate auction, brand new entire wagon load for .25 cents along with plywood. They also threw in 3, 50 lb boxes of 16D nails, 25 lbs of roofing screws with rubber washers, 2 cheap windows and some rolls of insulation

Wood won't be a problem, I have over 50 trees, some 3 feet or bigger in diameter that have to be cut down to make room for house alone, shop space would require another few trees

As for the ends, mineral oil or linseed oil yearly is sprayed on it now a days but there's 800 plus year old homes in Europe built like this without rotting

Karl's back...the fact that you've been gone so long is a...

Now this is what I was talking about, disco yes but it's real musicians. This takes me back when Midnight Special introduced the new acts and when we used to go out every Saturday night and just have fun, those were carefree days...
