Heck of a workout.
It's more to build speed and endurance.
THE other skills I already h ave enough of. Just slow and rusty from age.
I can walk on any good day,but aches and pains make for a long day. Running? Not on your life.
Vegas was rough,figure we trudged 25 km’s. With my sciatica and muscle issues from cholesterol meds i had a hard time. I used to be the guy waiting for everyone else. Not any more.
Neighbor says i need to stretch-like this, bends over and put his hands flat on the floor. I laughed, i can barely get my hands past my knees....
Um,where was i going with this?

Oops, that didn't go as planned. I boiled the oatmeal over in the microwave.
