Poll: for those of you that live in town, does your street department just fill potholes or do they fill and then run them over with a roller?

They use a truck here that sprays a mixture of pea gravel and tar through a tube into the hole.

I think they use the something similar here. Hand tamp it then drive the dump truck back and forth over it before they leave. It takes like 6 guys and 3 trucks to do this.

So many ways to do AC (asphaltic concrete). Some are faster. Some look better. Some last longer. There was a good reason why the Feds specced out Interstates to be paved with concrete. You don't have to screw with it for 30-40 years. Where concrete was a viable option. Asphalt takes maintenance. It's sensitive to things like friction, sun, rain, snow, freeze/thaw cycles, and chemicals. Both concrete and asphalt are only as good as the base material they are placed on.

Go on the back of the front wheel wells against the fender. Metal Mine can be fixed but if I can find some why no. New they are to much for what it is. $129

That is how potted meat is made here in Arkansas, save them road kills
