Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning Stan you posted will I was messaging. I can't wait for spring to get here. Waiting for the washer repair man this morning. 3 years old won't spin.

Ray, Fix it yourself. Just Google the problem. I hate to pay others for what I can figure out.

Are dryer here in the apartment is need of repair too, won't stop. Already ruined two of Melanies' shirts. Guy said they will most likely replace the dryer.

I did and ran the self test. Hoped it just needed a reset. Not my luck. Unplug wait 60 sec. Plug in open and close door 6 times in twelve seconds. If it doesn't work call repair man. It was getting noisy the last few loads she ran. It will drain just not spin.

I hate the new appliances. We changed the stove out a few years ago with a electronic glass top. The oven shuts off over 350. I cannot find info on it and finding a repairman around here is difficult to say the least.

Stan. Pm me your phone number if you ever want to talk.
Mitch, I have a friend who lives in Glenn Burnie Hugh Pontiac nut.
Ray I feel your pain I like to try to fix things myself first, getting someone to service it isn't a problem just usually costs more then it's worth to replace. This ones like three years old not sure if it's worth fixing. Sorta off like an old firebird once you start putting coin in your kind of committed.

Pontiac Joe who rents my Garage apartment probably knows him. What's his name.

Yeah, the firechicken, AKA the shop queen!

Ray I had to use that the other day to get parts for mine in the snow and to tell you the truth I should have gotten on a motorcycle for the way that thing spun out everywhere. Dry roads it is excellent. I just do not like it. Hopefully she will sell it this spring.

My wife has an 86 two door cutlass. 75 thousand original just had it inspected last week. That thing plows thru the snow, but she won't drive in it.
Well have to go for now repair man just showed up. Wow not even 8 o clock.

I have had bad luck with G E appliances. Went through 3 washers in 5 years, they have a design flaw and refuse to recognize it. :finga:

What are the chances that if they do have a small quality problem that I can buy three washers in a row and they all go bad in less than 2 years??? Three in a row???? :finga:

Then the seal on my fridge peeled away from the door and hung so low, the door ruined it when it closed. Distorted and stretched, I can't get it back in its groove anymore.... :banghead:

The tubs on the washers keep breaking. The repairman says it's unfixable and to buy a new one. I liked the G E because it had the fastest spin cycle. That means that the clothes have less water soaking them when done with the washer and should hopefully dry faster...

But the "suspension" for the tub breaks and is too expensive to repair. I told them that they need to increase the strength of the tub/suspension. They want to blame me for loading it unbalanced or over loading it. I told everyone not to overload them after the first one broke, and still they keep breaking.

I went and bought a Maytag. While reading the installation instructions, I see that they have a sensor in them that spins the tub and looks for imbalance, if it is too imbalanced, it won't continue.... That would prevent the problem from happening in the G E washers.... #-o

Morning Rani and KK. Looks like it is a good start Rani. Going to do a full rebuild on it?

Cool Rani. What cha building it for?

my backyard is getting too cluttered so I am getting rid of a few parts cars and this engine came out of one (72 valiant). I am just popping the heads off to see if the engines are even worth saving.

I had one with a 318 go through and it apparently overheated because one cylinder was cracked and it looked like something happened so I just took off a few things and let it go to squish with the car.

Today I have to do the same to a 440 ......another C-body is going to be 2 feet tall by next week this time :)

its so early and im already hungry ......need another round of Calzone. That was dinner...well half. so the other half is looking really good right about now :glasses7:

I think I am going to bail. There is this strange orange orb in the sky that throws off heat. I think I will move the snow from the center of the hop rows to try to start getting the ground warmed up. and also asses what damage was done to the trellis system this winter.

I probably will use the slant eventually ......I have been wanting to put together a duster "that no one wants"

7 1/4, slant six, standard dash (probably radio delete) bench seat.

All the stuff people usually swap out. And why, simply because those original ones like they were in the 70s are becoming scarcer by the day. Countless dusters on CL that were slant six cars now with some POS Joe Dirt small block in it....complete with a flex hose and rusty chrome valve covers and edelbrock stickers on the firewall LOL

I am back, to dam cold out there right now. 11f

I hear that Hops, I just let Buddy out and he did not waist any time :D
Good morning every one :glasses7: The sun is shinning and will be hitting 41 degrees today
Melt snow Melt !!! in a mean monster voice this morning :D
