On a new venture today I am going to price a round trip plain ticket to Minnesota and go visit Keith (66340SEDAN and his dad FISHYPETE , I sure hope I can swing it, they lost there Wife and Mother a month ago, and they are going to try and get out for the first time and I want to be there ..

Very thoughtful of you Mike. Whether you end up going or not, it means a lot to them in this awful time.

Before this happened I thought how nice it would be to meet them in person and see the town they live in, everything I've heard and read it is a friendly and interesting place.

Morning all. MeMike nice gesture by you. Count me in for a few bucks to help with the ticket if you go.

I worked on the car all day yesterday it needed some adjustments now that is on the road so today I need to get into the field.

Wife decided one of the trees needs more leafs. After I painted them. Groan. Looks like I need to weld on a few more.

I hear your grief. My place jusst needs the flower beds taking care of by my wife and daughter they enjoy doing it.

Going into work for a few hours. Probably get the mower going this afternoon for the first time this season. Want to get my hops in the ground this weekend...

Smurfs destroy most of my plant life. At least they did last year.that's what I decided to make my own trees and flowers for the garden. Plus the will still look good in the cold weather. I'll post a few pic latter.

I made a few metal ones that are in the city on 5th street in phila. Several years ago. Still there. Large 8 ft tall. In the Spanish shopping district.

No I'm serious. Yard art. Rebar branches and tin leafs. Going to add some butterflies and a humming bird or two since she wants add ons. Did some still stuff from kitchen utensils birds and flowers, back in the day. I'll see if I can find a pick or two.

Well nice chatting. I have to go.

That sound like it would be fun to do. I just registered the car Thurs so I am working the bugs out. So far nothing crazy. The carb was acting up and I pulled it apart and the floats were actually rubbing the side if the bowl so they had to be finessed into shape. and the power valve was sticking, but it sat for 2 yrs since I rebuilt it. The right rear brake smelled hot and I have to see what is going on. I did disks on the rear.

Good morning Gents. Sounds like a busy day for all you guys. I have front rotors, pads and calipers for my 2wd. Dakota and a water pump for the 4 wheel Dakota. I would also like to get the lawn mowers and tiller serviced for the season. I have weekly paper work to do now and hang out with Mom this morning till about noon. It sounds like I won't get it all done. That's quite a list. LOL

I think I'll start on the water pump. I forgot, I need to flush the cooling system in the PT Cruiser. lol
