I originally built this deck from ALL cedar wood 26yrs ago. Because it is on the north side of the house, it finally rotted the surface boards and hand rails. So... I tore all the surface and rails up and am replacing with no.1 pressure treated and vinyl rails. Started last year on the rehab. I'ts a big deck. Takes time.

I need to re plank mine it is getting top rot on the boards. I might try the composit wood so once and done. The dock needs a new top also. Any one have it? For the price it needs some research.

If you guys have your cars up in this area take a cruz in Perry county PA. I missed a turn yesterday and got lost just a beautiful ride all at 45 posted and tons of cars in the yards to look at just rotting. The whole county has only one stop light and it was a big deal a few years ago. Kind of like going back to the 50's-60's.

I got it figured out a guy that was a car dealer came to look at the RV to buy and he looked at it. The sales tax or book value was never paid so it is just a title or leagle paper. She has to pay the book value tax on it. No name 2008 pepboys Moped, so like 50 tops. I never saw a title with "Not to be registered" on it before. Her problem.
Sound like Ranibo and the "bloody duster" I am still cracking up with that one. I hope she is not mad. I have an old NVG monocular I want to send her!
