Probably is the same. See post 6439 for my factory drivers side on the Cinnamon 75. If the ebay auction is correct they used that style from 66 to 76. Don't know for sure, but they were used for a lot of years. Just hardly any seam to have 2 mirrors unless they were sport style. I've seen several that added (mismatched) the type where the whole head moves instead of just the glass.

I can believe 66-76 because I just checked and the coronet has the same mirror as the 70 and its a 68 ....so I think your right in they used the same part for a long time, maybe because they didn't use it very often in the big picture.

Nice truck.

I like how the gauge pod turned out. I noticed the vacuum gauge is the first one! Cool!

Not the pop mobile. That glowshift vac gauge is like 5 off. I need to find some tubing to fit the one you found me in. It is 2 5/8 and right on.

I took the Pop out yesterday and went to the post office and some guy our age comes running in and frantically askes me all about the car and how is the 440 in it? (I put the vinyl v 440 stickers under the clear coat) and I told him it will in a month. Really into it.

I noticed also a lot of 70 year olds ask me about it. They all had one just like it! I should name it the "ineedtogettobingomobile"!

Cool.

There were some cars at the local cruise spot last night. But not as many as when "in season"...

You two are early birds :glasses7: Good morning :coffee2: Cool pictures of the yard this morning Karl, That old dodge panel wagon is very cool Ray :color:

Don't you love how everyone tells a story about a friend or relative that "had a car just like that one..."...

I was going to go to a old car junkyard today but Ron forgot it is opening day for Turkey here today and we will try on Monday. I few pages back is a link. Looks huge!

Hey Memi! That is the one I mentioned a few weeks ago. If it was sat on it would disintegrate! Still has what looks like a flathead in ti through the rust.

Any one know what master I can Bolt on with 4 holes and equal capacity reservoir's before I do a ton of searching? Seems like all 4 disks are dragging and I adjusted the pushrods all the way back. the one I am using right now is a stock drum/disk 15/16 bore.

My buddy, Ron, and I used to take our kids to Tiger's Stadium in Detroit. There was a guy that would charge us %$5 to park in the empty lot across from his house. It was only a block away from the bridge over I-75 and then you were right in the stadium.

We went one time and I was driving my old 69 Valiant 4 door, and the old guy told me that he used to work at the factory and had some old mirrors somewhere.

A couple of games later, while we were parking, he came out with 4 mirrors in a bag and gave them to me. Most of them were left side mirrors, and I used most of them (I think one was bad and wouldn't turn anymore)...

It was cool of him to give them to me...

They are hard to find for my 74 unless you want to pay$$$$$$$
Still have one?
