Lol! We have another pidgin language, Fanagalo in SA. Spoken in mainly jails, copper and gold mines. It is a mixture of Zulu/Sesotho/English/Afrikaans etc. Best way of communicating between different ethnics thrown into one.

I can speak a little Sesotho and Zulu....both totally different compositions of grammar and tenses. "Made-up" English is quite common too! Lol!

I'm sure the different "American" accents is something to experience.

I don't know how you can keep track of all of those languages....

I have enough trouble with one...

I got to Spanish 2 in high school and gave up.... Good thing the two smartest girls in the class sat next to me or I would have flunked.... (the only class I cheated in....)
 
The really cool thing about learning things when you are young, is that they stick with you. In the mid sixty's I lived in Austria and learned German as a 5-10 year old. When I went back last month 50 yrs later with my Wife, I found that I could still communicate adequately in German.

Crazy hot here in SA today... I can not comprehend how you guys in US/Canada manage to not drive your cars for a month or two, during winter storage? We have mid to high 30's during summer, occasional high 10's, otherwise mid 20's (Celsius) during winter....

Morning guys. We don't drive our collector cars here in northeast Iowa for about 5 months. My 2 are in the garage and I might take them for a short cruise as weather permits but as soon as it snows no more driving. The cities and states use so much salt brine solution on the roads. That liquid salt gets everywhere and rusts everything. I live in what they call the rust belt. LOL

We don't see very many Ramchargers up here as they have all rusted away from all of our snow and salt.... That's why it caught my eye while passing through the light that I was stopped at....

But with some fresh paint, that Ramcharger would be a very nice ride....

I bet it was nice to see one on the road Karl, I have two right now, I drive my 88 model in the summer becouse it has a/c, white one in the snow and bad winter becouse it need to be driven and no need for a/c :glasses7: Zero rust on the two of mine, a few dents here and there :D

Going good I guess, my health is doing good and I count my blessings, my brother had 5 stints put in last Friday (the one that mucked up my land owner paper work) but he is doing good. Been gathering food for the freezer, Cat fish ,Croppie,bass and squirrel meat :glasses7: Staying on my feet and keeping the BS of my mind , my lawyer takes care of my BS :D

I hear that !! I remember seeing all the rusted out cars and trucks up in Ill. back in the day :glasses7: and they was only 5 to 7 years old #-o We use sand here with no more snow then we get :toothy1:

Yep !! Thats me Mitch :glasses7: Been doing it for at least 50 years now, with 4 brothers and a Mom and grandma in the house some one had to, my uncle Robert (RIP) and uncle Ken (RIP) was my fathers and worked my butt off back in the day :color:

Shooting and catching them is the easy part, cleaning and storing to cooking is where most would be lost :D
 
Speaking of the series I am a Mets fan but have to give it to the Royals batting lineup!
