The uneducated system scammers didn't wake up one day and decide to be that way, they were born and raised knowing no other way.

The only way to break the cycle is mandatory education through College or Trade Master level...no exceptions. Also, remove the social welfare support system for chronic abusers of it by revising it to be temporary support only.

I like the word temporary. I have no problem helping out a brother in need, but i can't stomach that it has become a lifestyle choice..
