Stop in for a cup of coffee

never tried it, never will - to me it seems like watching baseball on TV - boring.. I know, not a popular opinion - to each his own..

I get asked to go golfing all the time by my neighbors. 1 of them was almost a pro golfer, but opted for family life instead. The rest claim they are good. I've tried it a handful of times, but I get bored and I suck so why even go.. I would rather play in the garage and smell like grease and oil and exhaust!

So, it looks like Tim and I are the only Golfers here. My handicap is 19. Lets see if Tim posts.

I can play.. I've played since I was a kid, but I'm no pro..

For every good shot, I have a couple crap ones...

I use it as a diversion, to get away from my shop and Mopar for one day a week..:wack:

My dad was really good in the day. He was friends with Chichie Rodrigus and he used to stay at the summer home during the Southampton classic every year. Nice guy.

Ray, do you still have the old 14" wheels from the pop? I assume they were BBP? I am looking at tires now. I want to stick with whitewalls and hubcaps for original look, but may go to a 70 series tire. I think my wheels are only 4.5 (measured where the tire seats, about 5.5 total width). Not sure if I am measuring it right, I still need to verify that they are too small. If so, I would need larger. According to manual, they could be either 4.5 or 5.5". The 5.5s is what I need.

I have them on the shelf, look at them when you are here they are not going anywhere good rollers Might go on the valiant to get it out of there then off again. That has 15" on it now from the factory.

Alright Guys. Time to go do some Poncho work. Ray I'll check those gauges for ya and call ya.

Thanks Mitch. I might as well go to tractor supply and get some bailing twine also when it is cold.

Wifes dad went to PGA school. Probably could have gone pro. Won an open in Hershey, I believe in the 40s or 50s. Got fired for skippin work when they found out where he was. :wack:
Built his own 9 hole years later.
