what about a fiberglass hood? store yours and save it - lose the weight, keep the look, do what you want to it..
I thought about it, but it's not really where I want to go and not worth the expense for me. I originally wanted to just do a full hood/cowl/fender top wrap to get it to look something like this...

that is almost my exact GTS clone ......same color and top and all.
except my car came with and I am leaving the deluxe wheel covers. A lot of Factory GTS cars had this wheel cover.
It is very solid. Chuck did not want to part it out. Luckily I was able to get the son interested in it...
It needs some work to be street driven daily, but we'll get to that...
