Just went through the thread. Homeowners should cover the tree for sure not sure about the rest. I am a firm believer in good insurance it has bailed me out in the past and hopefully you never need it.
Did he also help with the auction for Stan???

There's usually something that needs to be done... Old car, wear and tear, etc....
I don't know if he has insurance... He lives so tight from check to check....
I know that pain I am always worried about unexpected things. Glad grundy is paying for the engine fire or it would take a long time to get the items needed to get him going again.

paying for insurance sucks the bone - but being without would be WAY worse in the long run

No, we got hit with a heat wave and we've been taking it slow...
We've been working on the oldest kid's 71 Valiant. I'm almost done with the wiring... I have to tape the different runs now, then finish wiring the Dixie horn... I found the instructions for it on line, so I can get it cleaned up and run...
We found some discrepancies with the wiring diagram and had to figure out which way to wire some of the wires in question. They mixed up the horn wire and the NSS wire in the FSM diagram....
We were working on it in the garage last night after the sun went down and a storm blew in, and it was still hot and humid... We were drenched with sweat in a half hour...
We have a heat warning hear till Friday....

Hot as hell here also. Hey make sure the tape you use is fire resistant. I used good 3m tape and it was what spread the electrical fire in the pop
I got alot of rolls of tape laying around here...
I have a pack that has been stepped on and made oval instead of round, I'm trying to use up... I hate that it's not round any more and want it gone...
Is it fire resistant? If so what brand?
