Stop in for a cup of coffee

middle of the afternoon and I am sitting here watching DUEL ...and enjoying the cute little red Valiant.

with a cookie and half a cup of coffee and my other favorite beverage.

Life is awesome

majority of the movie is a 71 valiant ....but there a few scenes that it's a 72 valiant of the same color.

I even caught one scene where it was a 72 with 72 markers with 71 wheel covers.

When he was at the rail crossing and the truck tried to push him into the moving train ,definitely a 72 .....most of the interior shots are of the 72, you can see the later gauge cluster bezel.

great movie

I feel bad for Dave. I think his work entrance is less then a thousand yards from the DNC Convention entrances.

It is indeed. The good news is that they told us to all work from home for the entire week. It's going to be nearly impossible to get in and out of there and the Secret Service told us that they would prefer if we don't try.

A friend from the car meet today sent me this. I think it's the only known photo of me driving the GTS...

Did you get any scantily clad babe pictures at the car show?
None to be had. It was really more of a car club meet than a show. There were rumored to be bikini babes at the one in Downingtown today but I didn't get a chance to go over there. It was held at Texas Roadhouse so I know there were some of the Corporate "Cowgirls" strutting around in Daisy Dukes.

I'm surprised Rani didn't comment on this pic. When I saw the A100 Pickup, I knew I had to get a shot for her...
