Got pulleys painted (for the third time) and thet finally look good. Brake backing plates came out nice, thanks to evaporust and minimal blasting...

Rust o leum professional is the cheapest (free) paint ive found. Seems to hold up real well if you prep it right...
What should i use to paint the drums? Hi heat paint?

That appliance paint is almost like powder coating and really is great with heat. 2.97 at wally mart.

It was interesting and no beer got hurt, lost or damaged in the day. a few ten thousand posts and you will see it......in color!

Just doing what I do
Rusto works just fine. It's really more about the prep work to get the paint to hold up...and don't put it on thick. Multiple thin coats best, just let them dry to tacky before applying the next coat. If you want to do it in one shot, use caliper paint.
