electoral college votes the 19th. however by federal law, all states must certify votes by the 45th day from the election, aka dec 13. if not, those states cannot participate in the the electoral college, putting trump at less than 270 votes.
It would then mean that the House of Reps would have to nominate and vote on a President at that point.
But what's dumb is, if you look at the law and how it's setup, they can only chose from those who were on the ballot for Pres/VP. Meaning Trump Or Pence, so we're either for sure getting Trump or Pence with the House in GOP hands. So I don't understand what the strategy here exactly is.

I have a new appreciation for the new Fiat Chargers.
with my new job I get to hang out with a lot of law enforcement, and a guy I know drives a new charger made for law enforcement. Its like the same color as 1970 K5 burnt orange. (plain wrapper) It has a spot light, bucket seats without a console. In the middle where a console would have gone is a computer and a shot gun. Then you open the trunk and in there is some riot gear and some more goodies. It has the light bar in the upper back window and some more in the grille.
It's mega badass to say the least
