Hey Duke, the easiest way to do the fender flares is to buy a universal set and modify as needed. They make these in 2" - 3.5" depths and the wheel opening diameter is right for the car. Scroll down the page and you will see the dimensions schematic...

I just got a hammer drill for work yesterday with a 20% off coupon. Old one locked up drilling concrete. Made a godaweful screeching noise. lol. I always think its funny when you get a HF power tool they include extra brushes. Never had one last that long.
