Bingo. Ron bitched about the same thing a while ago and got a bunch of coupons for his bill, figured it was worth a try but not 5 worth!

I love having an antenna. Dish goes out in a storm and I always have at least channel 8. Was great to just turn the rotor and grab the Steelers vs Crows game on WBAL when it was blocked everywhere else.

i went amazon fire stick, i signed up for bbc news and fox news, 9.99 a month for both. rest is netflix/youtube for the kids cartoons and for movies.

Looks like we got a temp drop coming tomorrow!

I live on the side of a hill, bout 1/3 of the way towards the bottom, the 20-some footer that is on my house doesn't get a single channel. I may need a taller tower.

What is that Chris? Definitely looking now. Ron has some sort of antenna I have to actually go up there and look at it and see what it does. Netflicx is a no brainer now that it is online.

Isn't Ron a lot higher elevation? Might be limited at your place same reason as Chris just said.

I am low in a glen also, ron is on top of a ridge, wonder if I can bring it down to try it? HMMM

higher/clearer area is usually better reception on everything, up to a certain point.

That's what I am worried about, do not need a 100' tower around get enough lightning in the hops field.
 

Eventually, I will have to do something about TV here... I have 2 Comcast bills here. 1 for the house, 1 for the Shop/Apartment..Yup $3 a month..
