thankfully that is not an issue for me.. they kinda look to me for answers because I have been there the longest, but technically, I ain't in charge of chit..
I was a shop supervisor it ALL belonged to me, the good, the bad, the off work incidents the kids did all of it. Hard to deal with young 19-20's when your 40.

The best thing I ever did was set up a check ride lottery in the shop, on the major flight control systems I used to take a name out of a hat and they went for a ride the first time that plane/helo flew, They definitely kept each other in check and had almost zero defects. The Col thought I was nuts at first then loved it and forced it on problem shops.

Looks like we get 55 and rain Thursday. Man we need rain the pond is still only 1/4 filled at best. Definitely not stocking it this year maybe put some minnows in it to take care of mosquito larvae in the spring..

I would but some chicken skin in a small fish trap and drop it in a bigger body of water near by and it will catch baby Brim 1 to 2 inches long and put them in your pond
I don't think we have them here. It was pretty bad last summer when it went dry I had every animal there eating the floaters and the ones on the bank. I was really pissed there were some great bass in there the largest prob 8-10 lbs. Funny I heard this weird noise on morning and there had to be 40-50 turkey buzzards having a field day out there. Those things are seriously ugly.
turkey buzzards are everywhere around here, they show up at deer season, look like 90 year old men with feathers
