Idk, I dig storms, I usually end up outside. lolusually
me too - though I have learned to watch from indoors. It was the timing of it all last night, f**ked me upIdk, I dig storms, I usually end up outside. lol
Towing a trailer, I hear that.that trip to NJ really took a round outta me.. the hours were nothing, it was the stress factor dealing with the idiots that cut me off, and trailer sway and just the fact that I despise being in that kind of traffic
Worst one I've been in was hurricane in Fl. 130+mph winds. That one scared me.I have some video somewhere of a storm that went through here the first year we lived here - eye opening for sure, stay the hell indoors!!!
Yeah, isn't that the actual arc?if you're outside and you hear it, it's already too late
ours are usually no big deal.. but once in a while... hold on to yer ***!!I usually enjoy thunder storms - at least the mild kind we get here - but ten years ago or so, one parked over my FIL:s house where we were staying. It boomed and rained hard thru the night. It really made me anxious eventually.
A lot of houses were struck by lightning or flooded that night and roads got washed away.
yes, and the static in the air.have you ever heard the "tick" noise a lightening strike makes just before it hits?
it might be - and it's a sure sign that you are WAY too close - or it's WAY to close to you.. LOLYeah, isn't that the actual arc?
it'll make you hair stand upyes, and the static in the air.
