Snow??? I like Snow !!!
I took an Aleve before bed and slept great.Man I slept wrong last night. Neck and shoulders are killing me. I need to check myself into the chiro today. I think I'll stand in the shower with the massage on till I run out of hot water. Other than that...how you guys doing? If I had'nt already taken Ibuprofen I would do a shot or two of whisky. LOL
Woke up a couple times but got right back to sleep - over 10 hours.

OMG !!Nope, sorry. IHCC in in Ottumwa which is a hour and a half south. I was hopefull that it was Hawkeye here in Waterloo. We were up late last night degreing a cam in the 318 for the Valiant wagon... I haven't crunched the numbers yet to see if we need to advance/retard it or keep it where it is....
We turned the Sun Machine on and only one bank has lights... It looks like a couple gauges may need some repair... I found a property tag on it from a community college in Iowa - I wonder if @toolmanmike knows the school from his travels... It most likely was the first owner of the machine...
We were supposed to get some rain this morning but didn't.. However, the wind is picking up before the temp drops into the 30's...

We decided Royobi power tools were good to go right?

Dang. Well I won a free 200 dollar gift card to Home Depot this morning from a raffle from my bank. Royobi has a killer deal where if you buy one of their power tool combos for 150, you get one extra tool or two extra batteries freeI missed that day...![]()
There OK. Probably about same level as Craftsman. I had the hammer drill and impact set at work (last job). My only complaint was the drill chuck. Dropped bits frequently...Dang. It was. Especially when I was 15ft in the air on a catwalk and had to retrieve my bit. That could get a 'bit' annoying....![]()

yeah, im mainly interested in the 1/2 in 350 ft lb impactMany moons ago, for christmas i got a cordless combo kit. Real off brand. The circular saw wouldnt make it across 4 foot sheet of panelling.
Couple years ago my buddy got a makita. Wow. He hasnt touched his corded makita since.
I think today, most cordless tools are decent, but drills need decent chucks.
its got a lifetime replacement warranty too. on the tool. Not a bad tool especially for the price and you have a store to take it to if you have issues.
Can you take them back to HD? I read that you have to send somewhere and wait...its got a lifetime replacement warranty too. on the tool.
Don't know. its not going to be an everyday tool for me. I've gotten by for 12 years with a 20 dollar off brand menards brand i bought when i worked for menards in college. if that gives you an idea of how often i use drillsCan you take them back to HD? The lights will be all the bulbs (t51) , yes they prob are all out, did you let it warm up for say 3 minutes for the tubes to work? Takes a bit. Also reset each breaker, they get dirty sitting around. We were up late last night degreing a cam in the 318 for the Valiant wagon...
