Would have to make sure wheel is dead straight,theres only a few reasons why there would be a difference from side to side.
Worst case-bent frame/k-member

Best case-one wheel has a different offset.
Or theres a spacer on one side.

alignment,toe and camber will to that,most cars are aligned to deal with the slight crown in the road(angle so water will run off)
I think if it drives well and isn't wearing tires, just move on and don't look at it....

This being on stand-by for work sucks. Just got an SOS from the clinical team needing a drawing of the 4 bottle clinical patient kit done today. Their graphics vendor told them 3 days and $1500.

I did it from scratch in less than an hour.
