Found one!
All poured in place concrete walls 12" thick. The walls were not verticle, they had about a 15* tilt to them. 1 window per classroom right next to the door. Add a few gates and some razor wire

Saw Willie and the whole fam damily at Cal Poly a couple years ago. Free tickets and the arena was loaded with Cal Poly Dollies
