Weatherstrips done!
Cowl vent. Needs to be removed in order to replace seal. Cant get under dash to reach the hardware, because some dumbass jumped the gun and put seats back in..dammit. Should have done it when hood was off, and before i wired it.

Snowing pretty good out there now. Im stayin in shop.

Well i did manage to wedge my fat head under the dash, got cowl vent out and seal replaced. Dam thing doesent close very well, not that it matters, and im sure its an adjustment thing. Just not going back in there today.

Today is a strong possibility if not then tomorrow. I’m down to one liter O2 now and did fine. All my vitals are great and Blood Sugar was perfect 85 this morning. I’m doing well considering I was almost walking dead last Wednesday, with Covid bilateral double pneumonia.

Glad to hear you're ready to go home soon...

Coffee is really bad this morning.
Doesent seem to matter how little or how much we put in the coffee maker, its weak or barky.
Then second cup is like its burned. Im not likin on this new coffee maker at all. Piece of crap.
My Mother in law has a Bunn that heats tomorrow's water tonight. It's supposed to give you instant coffee. Well it does but half of the 12 cups you poured in last night has evaporated out come morning. If you shut the thing off then it is cold in the morning and you don't get instant coffee anyway. She has to get a new one every couple years or so because of issues. The Plain old, simple, Mr. Coffee that I have is probably 15 years old and works great. I flush it out with vinegar a couple times a year and it's good to go. Besides, I like to smell the coffee as it perks. I can wait 5 min for a cup. It has a valve on the filter basket that shuts off the stream so you can sneak a cup from the carafe. Works perfect.

A bit of good news on a snowy Sunday, looks like Craig (Zman) is going to get sprung today. Released into Cheryls watchful care. I am guessing she has a tennis racket ready for him if he does anything he is not supposed to! Great news!
Or a Blue Pill.....

I drink coffee all the time but I don't have a coffee maker and i never make it.

Seems like everyone's house i go to and every office magically always has coffee ready to go.

My wife just went back to a simple cheap one, one we’ve had in our camper for 15 years, after her 180 dollar K cup thing went belly up....

I’m hoping she does the same when it comes to a new Washing Machine which we will be buying this month....

I totally pulled my ‘53 apart. When the cab was painted and off, that’s when I put the cowl vent seal in mine. I had to use lots of clothespins to hold it in till the “glue” dried.

Still snowin...

today i used 3m black weatherstrip adhesive. Applied a thin coat to body, and a very thin coat to the rubber parts. Waited a couple minutes and stuck them together. It all held. Doors close nice now.
On the dodge forum there were complaints about the cowl vent seals not fitting right, but mine fit very well.

running boards next! Then it will look complete.
