Stop in for a cup of coffee

I made some dinner as well, I call it fifty fifty potluck. Whatever bottle Jodi mercifully left in the liquor cabinet to prep for showing the house gets mixed with water! Lord knows she didn’t leave any good stuff! Then it would be 99/1 potluck! She explained everything in the house is a subliminal message to potential buyers and apparently excellent whiskey and scotch send the wrong message? WTF?
 
Wifee and I are heading to the winery at about 6 tonight. Stackhouse is playing and they will be grilling burgers, hot dogs, and rib eye sandwiches as well as their own wine and shelf brand beer. It's out on the gravel road in the hills. It's a hoot.

So what makes this different from electrical tape?

Well it's been a long day but I got the CUDA up on the skates and slid it over. Then I got interrupted as I saw the floors needed to be cleaned. So I spent a few hours cleaning the floor on the side where the Cuda was. Then I slid it back over there and did the other side. Anyhow, have the rotisserie in place. Can't bolt it up to the front because the brackets are different for the e-body than the b body that this rotisserie was on. Note to self. Next time get help to assemble the rotisserie or for that matter unassemble the rotisserie. This s*** is a lot heavier than I remember it being. I ain't as young as I used to be. Last time I did this I was about 52. I admit I'm beat now. I'll reorganize the rest of the stuff tomorrow and get the rest of the Cuda parts inside.

I hear ya buddy I used the American auto wire kit on mine, soldered all the connections and dielectric grease on all the plugins and think about a pound of black tape. I put the fuse block in the glove box so I didn't have to crawl under the dash to change a fuse and to this day I still hate wiring and don't even ask how many times I screwed up.

Gotta lot done for an old man Mitch you have more energy than me I'll be 66 in a couple weeks and don't know if I want to start another project.

No adhesive, just wrap it tight and kind of tuck it in at the ends. I used the fabric type tape to hold a few ends, but not usually neccessary. It will eventually bond lightly to itself, but from what I found has always been able to unwrap and no goo on your wires. 1 Roll Factory Electrical Non Adhesive Wiring Harness Friction Tape Oem C Nos Oe | eBay Here's some of mine done several years ago including one small piece coming loose I will need to take care of...

Burger and corn on the cob tonight. And the 'Octoberfest of the week' is from Troegs. Pretty tasty. :thumbsup:

Gotcha.


Up on the firewall and the other fender well I took shrink tube and split it. Wrapped it around the wires and used thin zip ties every 4 - 6 inches to hold it together. Didn't want another sticky mess if I wanted to get in and do something with the wiring

When I lived in Austria as a kid, parents got mustard in those mugs. Still got some...That's what I drink Iced Tea out of....Check my food pics...:lol:
 
Only got half the grass mowed yesterday and it started cutting in once in a while. :wtf: One of the front links had lost a pin. bent the front bracket and was getting caught under the roller and plowing dirt. Got that straightened and hooked up with new pins. Leveled the deck and finished mowing. Then started stacking some of the firewood after laying down new boards under it. Not really new. I save the best ones when I do deck repairs.
