Mae didn’t eat any, so one piece was 2 meals for me! Her idea of seafood is fish sticks, shrimp and lobster tail. LOL. I did basically make fishsticks out of it. Did a garlic parmesan breading and fried it.
Really the only fish I enjoy. Got to doit next year in the spring when you live line them. Tons of fun you are catchng the bait firs.
So, my experience (limited) Says the older it is 12yr, 18+ the smoother and smokier it is. Like Dewars the White Label is 8yr, the 12 is better, 18 is better, etc.
Or just smell it ????
