Stop in for a cup of coffee

Wow
I've always found that people with compasses in their cars were the ones most lost.

And because they never had to think to get there they don't know where a place is even if they've been there. My co-worker is that guy, hilarious for me to ask him directions to anywhere.
I have a compass in my Jeep… but it’s not what you think. It’s a military compass, and protractor along with topo maps of Indiana. Figured if I ever have to hoof it home, I’ll at least Have those.

That's how Kitty is. For MONTHS after we moved out here in the country, she'd turn the WRONG WAY out of the driveway. Every. Damn. Time.

I can't remember what it was called but both of my sons were in NJROTC in high school and they belonged to a club that ran races where you had to locate a gps "pin" and check into that station, then onto the next. This was a race through the woods, rough terrain etc., they'd come back pretty muddy but they loved it.

Busy day today.
I have 2 partners and we buy ground and industrial, and commercial properties in the city . Today we settle as I agreed to let them buy me out, and sell them the properties I own outright.

The city is just not a place I want to go into anymore.
it's not bad where I live outside the city, but it is creeping in.

I think it's time to move.

My wife is really bad with technology. I lent her my Garman and gets home. Kid says she yelled at the voice al the time, Pretty funny.

Wow, that's big news, hope those transactions go well. You aren't selling your home at this point correct?

Not yet . Those have issue problems as I own those with the ALMOST ex.
Only good part is we are getting along better, so she may cooperate.
Well good luck with that aspect. My daughters house in New Orleans is supposed to be finalized on closing tomorrow, fingers crossed. She's living with us now and her soon to be finalized X has been a Pita by staying in the house, partying in it, not doing his part to ready it for sale/showing etc. B glad when it's over for her.
